The partners from the Romani Ambassadors 2.0 project continue with the second day of the training of trainers “A push in the right direction: Bootcamp”.
Today we participated and listened to the modules: “Active listening and communication” and “Conflict management and problem solving, strengths-based approach.” Our participants engaged in practical exercises and came up with some really interesting questions about mediation, active communication and how to deal with conflict with the mentee.
