The Romanian Communication Centre (RCC) is a nonprofit organization at national level. This organization aiming to achieve a better communication between the state institution and the citizens, as well as a horizontal communication between the public administration and the civic society.
Founded in October 1998, the Gorj’s branch organise an large educational program for the young people – a vulnerable group in the labour market.
RCC – Târgu Jiu branch, is one of the ten branches of this organization, which has decided to support the young people who are the only ones who are capable to face and easily adapt to the requirements of the new technologies in a new system of production which, in fact is the very basis of a future development.
The main activity of the Romanian Communication Center was the establishment of the Counsel Centre for Career and Professional Orientation. The purpose of the Centre is the creation of a proper instructive institutional frame for the evaluation of the psycho-human components and the orientation of the unemployed, especially the young people, towards the domains which could offer them the greatest contentment in work.
Since was constituted, R.C.C. Gorj was very active in the regional public life, trying to bring its contribution to the civic spirit of the inhabitants of Gorj County, to help them to find alternative activities or jobs. Another kind of activities as they were till now is the specialized assistance as it was given to the private companies or to the persons who had entrepreneurial alternatives.
