WeAreOpen is a non-profit social enterprise in Hungary, founded in 2013 by Prezi, espell, and Google, focused on promoting diversity and inclusion (D&I) in corporate cultures. It operates as the largest D&I organization and service provider in Hungary. Its manifesto has been signed by more than 1,100 local corporates, SMEs and organizations.
WeAreOpen offers a comprehensive range of services, including DEI audits, workshops, policy and strategy development, and support for employee resource groups. It emphasizes the business and societal benefits of openness, respect, and equality across various demographics, including sex, age, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, nationality, and more.
WeAreOpen also engages in public campaigns and offers memberships to companies committed to fostering inclusive cultures, emphasizing the significant benefits of diversity for businesses and society.
