The aim of the meeting was to introduce the partners to the objectives of the project, to plan the workplan for the whole duration of the project with emphasis on the next 6 months. It included a small presentation of each organization, introduction to the overall project management and coordination procedure and financial management and specifications. In the meeting participated representatives of each partner organisation and were actively involved in the discussions after the presentations of the main outputs and activities. Commonly was decided to be organized the next online meeting at 30/11/2020 (in the same month) and in order to be able to check closely the implementation of the IO1 in each project country.
